The Hills District encompasses up to 35 suburbs in an area of 380 square kilometres and stretches from Wisemans Ferry to the north of Parramatta. It’s a highly desirable location with its population continuing to increase at a rate of up to 4% a year.
There are many transport options available to get to and around the Hills District.
The introduction of Norwest Metro means the Hills District now has rapid and easy transport to Sydney’s CBD, and yet it’s only 15 15-minute drive from Parramatta (fastest growing city in Australia) and Norwest Business Parks. Via M2 and M7 access, it is also only 20-30 mins to Sydney Airport and once completed, the new Western Sydney Airport.
The Hills District also has high land values, so it represents an opportunity to maximise your investment in a new home. The area has large residential blocks, making it a desirable location for large family homes, and you also don’t have to worry about any lacking infrastructure. Being a long-established suburb, it features established infrastructure such as sewerage, drainage, etc.
